Chester

Chester is located at the Western part of Morris County and is comprised of a Borough and Township. 

Children attend one of 2 elementary schools which feed into Black River Middle school and eventually, students attend the West Morris High School, a regional high school for teenagers from Chester and Mendham. 

Downtown features many specialty local shops and restaurants. There is a Peach Festival and County Auction every August that is not to be missed. For all local news and events check out The Patch.
